 Frank Ceballos is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Speaker, he can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional development through study and practical application of John Maxwell’s proven leadership methods. Working together, with Frank, he will move you and/or your team or organization from where you are to where you want to go.

Frank Ceballos spent over 15 years in retail becoming one of the youngest Store Directors in the Southwest for Albertsons. At the pinnacle of Frank’s career in retail he was called to serve his community and became an Arizona State Trooper where he served honorably and faithfully for over eight years. Frank was not content; he had a desire to do more for others, to help others become who they are destined to be.

In 2022, with over 20 years of leadership and developing over 100s of people, Frank created Lead with Excellence, a company where he can help individuals, teams and organizations with developing personal and leadership skills.

Frank knows first-hand the challenges you are facing. He knows that top talent can move when no development program is in place. Frank also knows personally, not knowing how to develop can be a challenge in and of itself.
